The FirstAccess Presale is the first chance to get tickets & VIP by simply adding a ShawnAccess Passport to your order at checkout where tickets are sold.
The General Fan Presale is also available to all ShawnAccess members, and provides access to tickets & VIP still ahead of the Public Onsale.

Step 1:

Step 2:

Click on your tour date. Click “claim code” to unlock code.

Step 3:

You can copy the code directly from the app. Your code will also be emailed to you no later than 9/28.

Step 4:

Copy & paste code from app or email to unlock tickets wherever tickets are sold during the FirstAccess Fan Presale window.

Step 5:

After entering your code and selecting your ticket, a mandatory Shawn Mendes Wonder: The World Tour Passport will be added to your cart at checkout. You will also be able to add additional passports at checkout.

American Express Presale:

Music is better #withAmex. For the first time ever, tickets in a special front-of-stage Amex pit and tickets including limited edition Shawn Mendes merchandise will be available exclusively for American Express Card Members in North America and the UK, throughout the presale and general on sale, while supplies last.

Card Members can access presale tickets and more for Shawn Mendes' North American tour (except Brooklyn, NY) starting on Wednesday, September 29th at 10am local time. For Brooklyn, NY, presale tickets will be available beginning Saturday, October 2nd at 10am local time.

Presale tickets will also be available for the UK (except London) and select European tour dates beginning on Monday, October 4th at 10am local time. The London presale will begin on October 5th at 10am local time.
